I am fearless now.I am a loner and conquered feeling of loneliness. I like my own company and to be with myself is my cherished moments. This doesn’t mean I am not social.I equally like to be with my family and friends. I am more empathetic to my friends and family after I start being with myself….love myself.
I love this !!! I think I relate to this a lot thank you for sharing!

Unpacking a fancy phrase seems to be the best way to respond to this one
I can’t believe I got this one out so early!
Hey everyone, happy Sunday!
It’s a work in progress…
Enjoy your day, all.
Here is mine for today: http://specialmomsblog.mom/2023/01/15/bloganuary-day-15-no-more-fear/
I guess life is a series of fears we conquer, then go on to jump off the next cliff. https://flourishingsoul7.wordpress.com/2023/01/15/bloganuary15-what-fear-have-you-conquered/
What fear have you conquered? We all get nervous or apprehensive about doing something because of fear. So, which one (or ones) have you conquered? Read on for my thoughts on this question, and feel free to share yours.
[…] Overcoming fear is a tricky thing. Not having driven until my early thirties ( It’s New York City thing!) I was leary of driving. Not frightened, but just leary of it. Living in coastal Maine, I found that driving was a great skill to have. Previously I had only lived in urban areas where public transportation made most local traffic easy; friends made up the slack by taking me where busses and trains didn’t run. […]
Here’s my today’s entry! Such and interesting prompt! https://amarediaries.wordpress.com/2023/01/15/bloganuary-what-fear-have-you-conquered/
The funny thing with fear: once you conquer it, it doesn’t seem so scary anymore.
I was listening to a podcast this year and at one point the speaker said, “of course, the only thing fear can do is make you feel afraid. It can’t hurt you in any way.” It was as though the heavens opened up. I try and remember that thought when I’m afraid. And what an interesting career you have.
I’m pretty sure spiders are a primal fear. Snakes are too, but I’m not afraid of them.
They call me the queen of the spiders, but I wasn’t always this way.
Being single. Being me. That scared the crap out of me!
Have I conquered my fears or learned to face them? Read on…
Happy sunday!! Here’s my post for today https://rossana.blog/fear-of-the-dark/
Here’s a short poem about my ongoing attempts at conquering the fear of all things new.
New things, new situations, a brand new life
Best case scenario, butter cut by knife
Worst case, who knows, maybe walking on fire
Or other scary what-ifs and consequences so dire
To flip the page or not, I’ll think about it, let’s see
But if the caterpillar overthought, the butterfly wouldn’t be
This has been my story, of victory over every fear, and how winning always requires a first step.
I felt proud writing this 🙂 http://beyourownsunshinee.ca/2023/01/15/conquering-and-accepting-fears/
I hope everyone appreciates my effort today to meet the prompt challenge. I had a horrible night. I got up early this morning to check for the prompt and started developing a blog. Went to church, sang in the choir, and came home to trash what I’d written earlier and start over. So, for better or worse, all fears aside, here is my contribution for today:
Back in my late 20s my earliest fear became evident when I was selected to facilitate a series of classes on change management among leaders in different countries. I was good at it in the local country but then had to carry it across other countries. Worried, I ended up not eating properly and worrying about it for the weeks leading up to the training. In the end, feedback gleaned that the training was outstanding, and I was delighted to see the evidence applied among trainers.
From that experience, today I coach others to meet fear head on and avoid having it hold you back as expressed in this blog post.
Here is mine, What Fear Have You Conquered?
I forgot to title it 🙂
Ooookay…. I see now, the shortlinks posted here in this forum is what creates the preview with photo, title, and excerpt.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to do that. What is a short link?

Let’s see, once you publish your post, hitting the publish button, you’ll see a pane that pops up that says “What’s next? Post Address” that field is your mainstay website URL address for your post.
But to get the shortlink, which is a shortened website URL address to your post (contains a small set of numbers/letters instead of your full title– that’s how I’ve set mine up), and to get the thumbnail photo and excerpt to show up in the page of daily challenge:
1. Go to edit mode of the post.
2. Go to the black and green lightning “Jetpack” button on the top right and click that.
3. Scroll down a bit and you’ll see a field that says “Shortlink.”
4. Copy and paste that one into the daily challenge.
To avoid duplicating as I just accidentally did. If you hyperlink the Bloganuary daily website URL challenge in your posts (I’ve been hyperlinking daily), it will autopost, ping, I think it’s called and will appear in the thread at the bottom of each page where the challenge is straight away once you hit publish. So to prevent that from happening (to avoid the duplicate) can wait to assign/hyperlink the WP Bloganuary daily prompt website URL in you post AFTER you publish the post.
I hope I can make sense to explain 🙂
What if I Can’t Control…? Overcoming my fear of not being able to control my circumstances the way I “need” to.

[…] These days, I prioritize myself outside of work and above most things. Over the years, I’ve learned that at the end of the day, places might change, teams will change, projects and jobs will end but my mind and my body are the only constants that I have and that taking care of every part of all that concerns me is critical to getting through the storms of life. I had to learn to reset my relationship with self-care and wellbeing and I no longer allow work, or anyone dictate my mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. This shift in paradigm has given me the energy to take control of my situation where and when I can and not to be fixated with how others see me. I no longer look for permission to be me nor do I seek other people’s validation to be authentically true to myself. […]
