What irritates you about the home you live in? Surely there is something about your home that you’d like to change. What is it? Read for my thoughts and share yours.

While in high school I lived in an older house that I moved to because the location was close to school. What irritated me most at the time was I didn’t want my schoolmates to see where I lived because it wasn’t “cool”. My intention was to get out and getaway somewhere to hide.
During a terrible storm, I discovered that I couldn’t wait to get home to the comfort of the old house.
Decades later as i reflect, I’ve learnt that it’s not the place where you live that irritates, but the love wrapped in with family is all we need. Material things will disappear but the love of family remains.
